The Captain America Disc Launching Shield is a 2011 Disk Launching Shield that holds 5 Giant Disks. It was Hasbro's first disk blaster after 11 years. It got average reviews when it first came out. It is now discontinued.

- It may seem like it is possible to fit another Giant Disk into the ammo loading area, as it looks like there is space for another, but this has been proven false because of a spinning mechanism.
- This is the second shield that shoots some kind of ammunition, the first being the Manta Ray.
