The Sharpshooter II is a 1995 Nerf Action blaster that holds 4 Mega Darts. It is a simple spring-type Direct Plunger blaster, similar to the 1992 Sharpshooter from the Original Nerf Series, and also acts as its successor. The blaster features two barrels that can be fired separately, and the action is changed by pulling or pushing the green foregrip. The blaster also features an iron sight at the end of the barrel to help with aiming. It is a very commonly modded vintage blaster, with most mods being performed on the Sharpshooter II involving barrel mods.

Description[]

The blaster has 2 barrels with 2 orange muzzles. It is a bit bigger than the Sharpshooter due to the added barrel. The blaster has a black priming bar at the end, a very similar priming bar to the Sharpshooter. It has a green foregrip, which is slid backwards to fire the top barrel, and forwards to fire the bottom barrel. It has an orange trigger, and sports a black, green and orange paint scheme.

Internals[]

The Sharpshooter II's internals are pretty standard for a blaster like this. There is a black priming bar, firing trigger, catch, catch spring, direct plunger and iron sight. These parts are very reliable.

Position in theme[]

The Sharpshooter II acts as the main pistol in the line, although the Secret Shot can adapt and perform this role as well. But, because of the Secret Shot's hidden barrel in it's handle, it mainly is meant to adapt to the stealth role.

Blaster Co-relation[]

This blaster is the successor of the Sharpshooter.

Faults[]

Like all other blasters, the Sharpshooter II has faults. One fault is that one of the barrels is more powerful than the other, leading to somewhat inconsistent performance.

How to fire[]

Step 1 - Load 1 dart into each barrel.
Step 2 - Slide the foregrip back or forward depending on which dart you want to fire; sliding it back means you are firing the top barrel, sliding it forward means you are firing off the bottom barrel. This step is optional and is only required if you want to fire off the other barrel.
Step 3 - Pull the black priming bar all the way until it clicks.
Step 4 - Pull the trigger to fire the selected dart, depending on what position you put the foregrip in.
