The Thunderbolt is a blaster designed and produced by Buzz Bee. This blaster holds a total of 10 Micro Darts and also features a second function in which the blaster can create different lights and noises when the trigger is pulled. It was one of the few Buzz Bee products not to be converted into an Air Zone product, although it is likely that it did in fact happen however was quickly discontinued. It is cocked very similar to that of a first generation Tek 10 and a Maverick REV-6 and has nearly identical internals to the Tek 10. Despite this, for some reason it is more powerful than the Tek 10. The lights and sounds are activated when the trigger is pulled and when it is cocked similar to a Thunderstrike. This effect is usually removed during modification, though, due to it not being very helpful in battle. It is one of the better Buzz Bee blasters released before 2008 and is generally an improvement over the Tek 10.

How to Fire Edit

Step 1 - Load 10 Micro Darts into the front turret.
Step 2 - Pull back the cocking mechanism all the way until a noise is heard. Allow the mechanism to return to its previous state.
Step 3 - Press trigger all the way to fire the Micro Dart.

Trivia Edit

  • This blaster is not compatible with Nerf Micro Darts until modified.
  • It uses the same turret as the Tek 10 and the Surge 10
  • It is one of three Buzz Bee blasters to have lights and sounds, the other being the Thunderstrike and the Sonic 6.
  • The four dials on the front of the blaster light up when fired to create a thunderbolt effect.
  • It weighs about 1lbs, which is slightly heavier than the Tek 10 due to the lights and sounds effects inside the blaster.
  • For whatever reason its shell bears a very close resemblance to the one featured on the Mega Missile.
  • Despite thunderbolts usually depicted as a bright yellow, the only yellow on the blaster is the cocking mechanism.
  • There is a lot of dead space inside the blaster, particularly by the bottom handle below the turret.
